The constant and rapid expansion of our services has the repercussion of always forcing us to improve our infrastructure. In this post-pandemic spring 2022 (we really hope it is), we work hard on the technological reorganization.
After renewing the entire computer park, improving our internet infrastructure, adding toll-free telephone lines for our customers outside Quebec and improving our IP telephone portal via a new service provider, we are now tackling our internet environments.
The performance and capacity of our websites is extremely important to all our users. In the next few days, we will complete the transfer of our 4 main platforms to dedicated servers specific for each one. Although this is a significant task considering the voluminous video content we host, the work is progressing well as we already have 75% of the transfers completed.
